Yesterday March 2, 2016 I went to this specific store on Orange ave. And Wetherbee to grant a warranty on a autocraft tool which is warranty for life and this associate name Francisco told me that he can't change it cause I have to go to the store I bought it. He under no circumstances wanted to grant me the warranty and also had an attitude . So I went to another store located on Osceola and Buena Bentura and they granted my warranty with no problems and really good attitude, the way is supposed to be . Someone should teach this Francisco how to deal with a client, he should be back in training. The worth part is that he is a Puerto Rican just like ME ...

The staff is polite and appear to be helpful. But if you're having serious problems with your car take it to a real mechanic do not let them test what they can. I went to them to do their tests to see why my car wasn't starting very well. First, they said it was a bad battery, then a bad alternator. After fixing what they found as the issue I still had problems and had to take it to a mechanic who told me it was the starter now. I sank way too much money into trying easy fixes myself which were strongly suggested by the staff here rather than just taking it to a professional which probably would have saved me money in the end. I won't be coming back.
